Abstract:Objective:To compare the effects of esketamine and dezocine on vital signs and side effects of endoscopic varicose ligation in patients with cirrhosis. Methods:A total of 102 patients with liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups:Group A(treated with ketamine)and group D(treated with dizocin). The time of operation, the time of recovery, the dosage of propofol, the physical signs at each time point, the degree of pain at different time after operation, the adverse reaction and the degree of satisfaction after operation were compared between the two groups. Results:There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The time of recovery in Group A was shorter than that in Group D,and the dosage of propofol in Group A was less than that in Group D(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in heart rate, oxygenation, mean arterial pressure and respiration between the two groups at the time before anesthesia(T0)(P>0.05).The heart rate, oxygenation and respiration were decreased in both groups at 5 min(T1)to 3 min(T3)after anesthesia, and the mean arterial pressure was increased at 5 min(T2 to T3)after operation in Group D,group A was higher(P<0.05).The VAS scores at 15 and 30 min after operation in Group A were lower than those in Group D(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups at 24 h after operation(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with Zosin, ketamine has less hemodynamic effect and better analgesic effect in patients with cirrhosis undergoing endoscopic varicose vein ligation.
