Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of oral administration of rosastat on iron metabolism and micro-inflammatory response in patients with renal anemia after peritoneal dialysis. Methods:A total of 86 patients renal anemia receiving peritoneal dialysis in our hospital from September 2021 to August 2023 were enrolled.According to random number table method, all patients were divided into observation group(43 cases)and control group(43 cases). All patients were treated with regular peritoneal dialysis.Patients in the control group were treated with subcutaneous injection of erythropoietin(EPO)and those in the observation group with oral administration of rosastat. The treatment time of both groups was 4 weeks. The total effective rate, anemia index, iron metabolism index and inflammation index were compared between the two groups after treatment. The incidence of adverse reactions was also observed. Results:Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(χ2 = 1.911,P = 0.167).After treatment,Hb,RBC and Hct were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control(t = 6.275,P<0.05),(t = 8.213,P<0.05),(t = 8.421,P<0.05).The observation group had higher SI(t = 5.202,P<0.05),transferrin(t = 8.618,P<0.05),TIBC(t = 9.489,P<0.05),lower SF(t = 8.672,P<0.05),TSAT(t = 7.955,P<0.05),CRP(t = 3.612,P = 0.001),IL-6(t = 3.130,P = 0.002);There was no significant difference in the probability of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ2 = 0.124,P = 0.725).Conclusion:Compared with subcutaneous injection of EPO,oral treatment with Roxallistat in peritoneal dialysis patients with renal anemia can better improve iron metabolism, reduce inflammation, promote Hb production and improve treatment efficiency.
