Abstract:Objective:To analyze the occurrence and clinical characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)caused by lenvatinib in order to provide references for rational use of drugs. Methods:ADRs induced by lenvatinib were retrieved from PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI and WanFang databases, from the date of establishment until June 2023,and the relevant information of included literatures were summarized and analyzed. Results:A total of 54 articles were involved with 61 cases recorded. The age of patients was mainly≥50 years old(93.44%).ADRs of lenvatinib occurred in any time, which mainly involved the cardiovascular system(16 cases)and urinary(11 cases)and digestive system(11 cases).Severe ADRs were 57 cases(93.44%),new ADRs were 14 cases(22.95%)and deaths were 4 cases(6.35%).Conclusion:Lenvatinib has a wide range of ADRs,which involved multiple systems, including some new, serious even lethal ADRs.Clinicians should strengthen the understanding of ADRs caused by lenvatinib in order to reduce the related risk.
