Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical value of hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy(HAIC)combined with immunotherapy and targeted therapy in patients with unresectable primary liver cancer(PHC).Methods:A total of 76 patients with unresectable PHC in the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from January 2019 to February 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group, with 38 in each. The control group was treated with mFOLFOX regimen HAIC,and the study group was treated with lenvatinib and carelizumab. The short-term(6 months)international solid tumor efficacy evaluation standard(RECIST)efficacy, alpha fetoprotein(AFP),conversion resection rate, total survival(OS),cancer antigen 125(CA125),disease-free survival(DFS),cancer antigen 19-9(CA19-9)and side effects were compared between the two groups. Results:The average OS and DFS time of the study group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ORR of the RECIST effect 6 months after treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and CA19-9,AFP,CA125 were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in 6-month survival rate, conversion resection rate,RECIST efficacy DCR,and incidence of adverse drug reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion:HAIC combined with lenvatinib and carelizumab can improve the quality of life and anti-tumor efficacy of patients with unresectable PHC,and improve the expression level of tumor markers.
