Abstract:Objective: To analyze the clinical application of antibacterials and the bacterial drug resistance before and after carrying out special rectification, so as to provide reference for rational use of antibacterials. Methods: The utilization rate of antibacterials, density of use of antibacterials, frequency of medication, consumption sum, bacterial drug resistance in our hospital from 2011 to 2015 were analyzed statistically. Results: After carrying out special rectification, the utilization rate of antibacterials dropped from 70.59% to 38.62%, the proportion of antibacterials cost in drug expense decreased from 14.97% to 6.27%, the use density decreased from 73.04 to 26.89 DDD, the submission rate of microorganism increased from 33.5% to 63.87%. The utilization rate of antibacterials, the density of use of antibacterials and the submission rate of microorganism reached the provisions of special rectification. Conclusion: The special rectification for antibacterial agents can promote the standard management and reasonable application of antibacterials, physicians should attach more importance to the significance of drug sensitivity test in the treatment of infectious diseases.
