Abstract:Objective: To analyze the characteristics and clinical manifestations of adverse reactions induced by clindamycin phosphate, and provide reference for rational drug use in clinic. Methods: Through the China Hospital Knowledge Database (CHKD) journal full-text database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), adverse reactions related to clindamycin were retrieved from December 1998 to March 2017. The patient's gender, age, drug dosage and solvent, ADR occurrence time, primary disease, drug combination, and the performances of adverse reactions were analyzed statistically. Results: A total of 87 articles involved 128 cases were searched. The main primary disease was respiratory tract infection, accounting for 43.0%(55 cases). There were 32 cases of anaphylactic shock, 1 case of death. Conclusion: In the process of clinical application, clinical manifestations of adverse reaction induced by clindamycin phosphate were complex, and the severe cases could cause death.
