Content determination of loganin in Shenyuqingxuan electuary by HPLC

Abstract：Objective:To establish the HPLC method for determining the content ofShenyuqingxuan electuary.Methods:HPLC analysis was carried out with Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (11 : 89), the detection wavelength was 240 nm, the column temperature was 30℃and the lfow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Results:The samples were separated well from impurities by HPLC method. Loganin was linear in the range of 11.20 – 112.00 μg·mL-1 (r = 0.9999,n = 7). The average recovery and RSD of loganin were 99.9% and 1.75% (n = 9).Conclusion:This method is simple, accurate and repeatability, which can be applied as the quantitative method for the determination of loganin in Shenyuqingxuan electuary.
