After admission, docetaxel, carboplatin and bevacizumab treatment regimen was administered for chemotherapy, bone metastasis inhibitors, antanacathartic and hepatic protectants were given for symptomatic therapy. On the second day of chemotherapy, the patient appeared giddy seriously and high blood pressure. Heparin sodium and warfarin were given for anticoagulant therapy for lower limb vein thrombus and amlodipine besylate tablets were given for lowering blood pressure, inspected by vascular ultrasound. Clinical pharmacists participated in the whole treatment process by reviewing the extensive literature and combining with state of the patient and drugs, bevacizumab was considered and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring was administrated, furthermore, antihypertensive drug and anticoagulation therapy should be taken, and a warfarin medication education was taken in detail finally. After the therapy, the patient was discharged with stable. The case suggested that the blood pressure and bleeding/coagulation tendency should merit close attention when using antiangiogenic agents.
