Abstract:Objective: To analyze the regular pattern and characteristics of drug-induced thrombocytopenia, and provide references for the rational use of clinical drugs. Methods: The literature about drug-induced thrombocytopenia from 2005 to 2015 were collected from CNKI and 264 drug-induced thrombocytopenia cases involving in 175 articles were analyzed statistically. Results: The number of male patients were more than the number of female patients in the 264 cases, which ratio was 1.4 : 1. The cases of young patients (18 – 44 years) were the most (28.03%). The anti-infective drugs accounted for the largest proportion (40.53%). Intravenous infusion was the primary administration route (60.61%). The occurrence time of ADR was mainly within 2 – 7 days (41.48%). Most cases had good prognosis, 250 cases cured or improved (94.7%). Conclusion: Various categories of drugs may cause drug-induced thrombocytopenia. Therefore, more attentions should be paid on the high-risk drugs and high-risk patients.
