Abstract:Decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis is difficult to treat and has a high mortality. Liver transplantation is the only way to save patients with this disease. Our clinical pharmacist analyzed the medical record of a patient who received liver transplantation because of decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis and focused on the usage of immunosuppressive agents and anti-HBV drugs. We also paid attention to adverse drug reactions and blood drug concentrations. The purpose was to help doctors make an individual therapeutic schedule for the patient in order to reduce the rate of rejection reaction and secondary HBV infection.
