Determination of tanshinoneⅡA inChuandan Tongmai tablets

Abstract：Objective: To establish a determination method of active ingredient inChuandan Tongmai tablets.Methods:The Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm× 250 mm, 5 μm) was used, with the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (75∶25). The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm, velocity of flow was 1.0 mL·min-1, the column temperature wa 35℃.Results:The tanshinoneⅡA was not intervened with other impurities in this HPLC method.The calibration curve was linear when the concentrations of tanshinoneⅡA were within the range of 1.486– 44.570 μg·mL-1. The average recovery was 100.1% (RSD = 1.37%). Conclusion:The method is simple, stable, reliable, and can be adopted as the quality control method.
