Analysis of the clinical use of cinepazide maleate injection

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical application of cinepazide maleate injection in our hospital, and provide reference for rational drug use in clinic.Methods:Data of 550 cases using cinepazide maleate injection were retrospectively analyzed. Clinical diagnosis, single dose, dispensing solvent, dosage frequency, course of treatment, drug combination and adverse drug reaction were analyzed statistically.Results: A total of 550 cases using cinepazide maleate injection was distributed in a total of 20 clinical departments, 97.82% cases used cinepazide maleate injection with the correct single dose. About 7.64% cases used cinepazide maleate injection without indication and 98.00% cases used cinepazide maleate injection with inappropriate solvent. Conclusion:Some problems exist in the use of cinepazide maleate injection in our hospital. We suggested that clinical physicians and nurses should be in strict accordance with the drug instructions, in order to improve drug efifcacy and ensure the drug safety of patient.
