Study on content determination of osthole in Longtengjingu tablets

Abstract：Objective:To establish a content determination method of osthole in Longtengjingu tablets. Methods:The content of osthole in Longtengjingu tablets were determined by HPLC. The analysis was performed on welch Ultimate AQ-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile and water (43:57). The detection wavelength was 330 nm. The lfow rate was 1.5 mL·min-1. The column temperature was 35℃. Results: There was no interference for osthole detection by HPLC method. The linear range of osthole was 1.560 × 10-3–0.046 8 mg·mL-1 (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 100.82%(RSD=1.68%). Conclusion:The method is simple, stable, reliable, and can be adopted as the quality control method of osthole.
