The research development of biological agents and small-molecule inhibitors in psoriasis

Abstract：[ABSTRACT]With the deepening of the research on the pathogenesis of psoriasis, biological agents and small-molecule inhibitors are widely used in recent years because of its inhibition of the release of inflammatory factors, promoting the antiinlfammatory cytokine, and then from immune link to inhibit the action of the psoriasis. This article from the perspective of biological agents and small-molecule inhibitors treatment, the clinical research progress of drugs was summarized in order to offer the guiding basis for its clinical applications.
