Twenty minutes after the infusion of cyclosporine injection, the patient appeared the face and neck redness, lfustered, asthma, shortness of breath and other symptoms. Cyclosporine injection was stopped immediately and the head of the patient was elevated. After the inhalation of oxygen with 3 L·min-1, the patient felt better.
