Abstract：Objective:To explore the comprehensive utilization of diverse teaching methods and the development of information tools for hospital pharmacists training, improve the quality of pharmaceutical training comprehensively and promote the construction of pharmacists.Methods:Based on the course of pharmacist training in our hospital, the problems in each stage of the basic theories, basic knowledge and basic skill training were analyzed, and the key piont of training methods optimization was identified. In order to improve the training quality, information training tools were developed by a variety of teaching methods. Results: According to the objectives of pharmacist training, contents and methods of the theory training were expanded as well as the skill training was close to practical operation, which made the training more systemic and practical. Information teaching tools were developed and comprehensive training information platform were set up, which could enhance the diverse training, strengthen the comprehensive assessment and promote the continuous improvement of training quality.Conclusion: The comprehensive utilization of teaching methods and the development of information tools in the hospital pharmacist training is helpful for improving theory skills of pharmacists, and providing high quality of pharmaceutical care.
