Abstract：Objective: To explore the integrated model for the military hospital pharmacy teaching, and adapt to the medical reform and the demand of pharmacist under the new situation of hospital pharmacy.Methods: Relying on the advantages of running a school in the hospital, the platform for team training of hospital pharmacy is built by the method of combining theories with practice, comparative analysis and refined optimization.Results:General and targeted teaching courses are designed according to the demands of seven kinds of teaching objects. The training evaluation softwares are developed. The layered, systemic and heuristic teaching methods are carried out. As a result, the hospital pharmacy integrated training model is constructed, which integrate higher education with vocational education.Conclusion:This training model can help new entrants get position competency, make them adapt to the working requirement and competitive pressure as soon as possible. This model can also help ambitious young pharmacists make progresses and form hospital pharmacist team with stable and pyramid structure ultimately.
