Pharmaceutical care on a patient with allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis

Abstract:One 58-year-old male patient with bronchial asthma for 50 years and bronchopulmonary aspergillosis for 3 years was hospitalized because of exacerbation for 7 days. Clinical pharmacist took pharmaceutical care on the adjustment of the glucocorticoids, itraconazole and antibacterials, and monitored the adverse drug reaction during the whole treatments. Clinical pharmacist provided medication education for the patient and played an important role in the safety as well as effectiveness of drug use. After 50 days, the patient got recovery and was discharged.
