Brief comments on diabetes guideline 2014 of American Diabetes Association

Abstract：Standards of medical care in diabetes is updated by American Diabetes Association every year. Knowledge points were updated based on new evidence-based literatures. In order to get a better understanding and apply the guideline in clinical practice, we analyzed the knowledge points about diabetes guideline of 2014 version, including the diagnosis of diabetes, metabolic control target, interventions of life style, pharmacological therapy for diabetes and self-monitoring of blood glucose, etc.
