Analysis of medication rationality in 500 nephritic inpatients

Abstract:[ABSTRACT]Objective:To understand the rationality of the drug use in nephritic inpatients, for providing reference about rational drug use in clinic.Methods:A total of 500 medical records in nephritic inpatients from 2011 to 2013 were retrospectively analyzed in respect of the basic situation of the patients, distribution of disease, the variety of medicine, etc.Results:The medicines used for nephropathy were mainly in immunosuppressants (23.27%), antihypertensive drugs (39.20%), anti-infectious agents (14.22%). There was no unreasonable combination of drugs.Conclusion:Medication in nephritic department was generally rational, pharmaceutical care still needs to be enhanced to ensure the safety of drug use.
