Electrocardiogram showed that paroxysmal atrial tachycardia and ST-T change;the QT interval prolonged and the value of QTc was 503 ms, while the three factors of myocardial infarction, electrolytes and BNP were within the normal range. Then acetylcysteine tablets were stopped immediately, but other medications continued. The next day the patient's uncomfortable symptoms disappeared, and the value of QTc dropped to 446 ms.
