Abstract：Objective: To explore the comparison and analysis of multiple sample rates in clinical drugs trials by CHISS statistical software application and the implementation of the software. Methods:Multiple sample rates by CHISS application and theoretical calculation were compared by case analysis. Results:CHISS statistical software had calculation accuracy and credibility in multiple sample rates by comparison of manpower. Conclusion:Multiple sample rates by CHISS analysis in clinical drugs trials can be carried out conveniently and quickly. CHISS statistical software can meet the needs of medical statistics and data analysis of academic research.
