Abstract：The level of clinical pharmacy in our country is on the development stage at present. How to ifnd out the right way to provide professional pharmacy services is one of the key concerns for clinical pharmacists. Combined with the practice in cardiovascular department and the requirement in clinic, clinical pharmacist should provide pharmaceutical cares such as the safety use of injections, adverse reactions of pharmaceutical excipients, rational use of antibacterials, drug interactions and patient's medicine education, etc.
