Pharmaceutical care on a patient with multiple organs dysfunction

Abstract：One 22-year-old female patient was hospitalized for nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, chest tightness for 3 days. The patient was diagnosed as liver dysfunction, severe myocarditis, pulmonary infection. Clinical pharmacists took pharmaceutical cares during the hospitalization as follows:utilization of antibiotics and corticosteroids, adverse interaction of proton pump inhibitors, and selection of liver protection drugs, etc. The education on the medication included discharge medication, notes of taking drugs, reexamination indexes regularly to make sure the safety and efifciency of drug use.
