Prescription review on traditional Chinese medicine injection used in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases

Abstract：Objective:To review irrational prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine injection in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, and provide reference for rational drug use. Methods:Five prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine injection were reviewed and analyzed according to drug instructions and Basic Principles of Clinical Use of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection. Results:The irrational uses of traditional Chinese medicine injection in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases were as follows: incompatibility, inaptitude solvent, inaptitude indication, etc. Conclusion: Pharmacists should enhance the prescription examination of traditional Chinese medicine injection and provide effective intervention in order to promote the safe, rational and effective use of traditional Chinese medicine injection for cardiovascular diseases.
