Headache and dizziness induced by Shenkang injection

Abstract：One 46-year-old female patient occurred headache and dizziness, blood pressure was 152/112 mm Hg, heart rate was 96 beats per minute, after the utilization of Shenkang injection 30 minutes. The injection was stopped immediately, and the transfusion device was replaced, then the patient received intravenous drip of 0.9%sodium chloride injection 100 mL, intramuscular injection of promethazine hydrochloride 50 mg, oxygen inhalation at the flow rate of 2 L· min-1 and ECG care. The symptoms improved after 1 hour. Other drugs were given in the next day, while similar reaction did not happen.
