Two cases of anaphylactic shock induced by 12 vitamins for injection

Abstract:Case 1:One 34-year-old male patient with adult Still disease was treated with 12 vitamins for injection 5 mL·d-1 intravenously. After 5-7 minutes, he developed pruritus, erubescence, short of breath and upper eyelid edema, and his BP was 90/48 mm Hg, and HR was 148 beats per minute. Caes 2:A 55-year-old female patient received 12 vitamins for injection 5 mL·d-1 intravenously for the treatment of dermatomyositis. After 15 minutes, she appeared nausea, erubescence, eyelid swelling and conjunctival congestion with the BP 86/55 mm Hg and HR 110 beats per minute. Both of them received intramuscular injection of diphenhydramine hydrochloride injection 1 mL and adrenaline hydrochloride injection 0.3 mg by subcutaneous injection, intravenous infusion of hydrocortisone sodium succinate for injection 200 mg. After 20-30 minutes, the patients' syndromes relieved.
