Standardized the drug dispensing and lay a solid foundation of risk prevention

Abstract：Objective:To understand the characteristics of drug dispensing correctly and explore how to promote the safety of drug use. Methods: To analyze the measures of risk prevention in drug dispensing based on the relevant literatures and working practice. Results:Medication errors prevention and the standardized management of drug dispensing, preparation, use are the foundation. Pharmacy staffs play an important role on prescription review and intervention with the improvement of professional accomplishment. The key point is to improve the quality of work continuously and the information automation of pharmacy building will make risk prevention more effective. Conclusion:The basic configuration and standardized management should be more appropriate. Business training should be strengthened, the implement of medication errors reporting systems and information automation will promote drug dispensing.
