Discussion on the mode of pharmaceutical care in grassroots community under the new system

Abstract：To analyze the current situation and problems of community pharmaceutical care in our country, and development experience and characteristic on abroad, and propose suggestions on building a more effective mode of pharmaceutical care in grassroots community. There were following problems existing in pharmaceutical care in grassroots community: lack of service specification and measurement criterion, non-making full use of the network media, lack of funds safeguard, and lack of professional talents. To build a more effective mode of pharmaceutical care in grassroots community, the following aspects, including formulating relevant service standards, using the network media rationally, increasing the social capital investment, and establishing professional talent training system should be strengthened for meeting the need of pharmaceutical care by community residents.
