Practical Effect of diversified cardiac teaching mode in standardized training of ultrasound residents

Abstract：Objective To explore and evaluate the teaching practice effect of diversified cardiac teaching model in the clinical rotation of residents undergoing standardized training in cardiac ultrasound.Methods A total of 28 residents were divided into a teaching experimental group and a control group,who received standardized training in Department of Ultrasound Medicine of the 56th Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital from June 2022 to June 2024.The experimental group adopted the diversified cardiac teaching model,and scores of the rotation exit assessment and the results of questionnaire survey were compared between 2 groups.Results The score of rotation exit assessment was(81.8±7.52)in experimental group,which was higher than that in control group[(77.5±9.2),P=0.047].The results showed that the learning interest of the residents in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.050),and the residents achieved a significant self-improvement in operational skills.Conclusion The application of the diversified cardiac teaching model is conducive to improving residents'learning interest,strengthening their practical skills and enhancing teaching satisfaction in the cardiology rotation teaching for residents undergoing standardized ultrasound training.Compared with traditional teaching model,it can better accomplish the teaching tasks.
