Abstract:Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Shuxuening injection combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of unstable angina. Methods CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Medical Database,China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),The Cochrane library,Pubmed,Embase,Web of Science databases were searched by computer system.Randomized controlled trials of Shuxuening injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris were extensively collected from the database until June 7,2024.Two researchers were responsible for literature screening and data extraction respectively, and the quality of the included literatures was evaluated according to the risk assessment tools for bias in randomized controlled trials recommended in the Cochrane Manual of Systematic Review 5.1.0.The RevMan 5.2 and Stata 18 software were used to conduct meta-data analysis and sensitivity analysis respectively. Results A total of 26 articles were included, covering 3105 patients, including 1582 patients in the experimental group and 1523 patients in the control group. The results of meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group, the experimental group could significantly improve the clinical comprehensive efficacy of unstable angina pectoris, and the difference was statistically significant(OR=4.83,95%CI:3.37~6.94,P<0.001),angina symptom relief(OR=3.29,95%CI:2.45~4.42,P<0.001)and electrocardiogram(ECG)findings(OR=2.77,95%CI:2.17~3.55,P<0.001),reduce the number of angina attacks(SMD=-0.89,95%CI:-1.53~-0.24,P=0.007),Shorten single pain duration(MD=-3.44,95%CI:-3.91~-2.96,P<0.001),reduce hypersensitive C-reactive protein(MD=-2.52,95%CI:-3.31~-1.73,P<0.001),and reduce serum total cholesterol(MD=-1.26,95%CI:-1.49~-1.02,P<0.00001)and triglycerides(MD=-0.45,95%CI:-0.77~-0.12,P=0.007),reduced LDL cholesterol(MD=-0.93,95%CI:-1.43~-0.42,P<0.001).The two groups had comparable effects on raising HDL cholesterol(MD=0.35,95%CI:-0.01~0.71,P=0.06),and the incidence of adverse reactions was not statistically significant(OR=0.99,95%CI:0.63~1.55,P=0.97).Conclusion Compared with conventional western medicine alone,Shuxuening injection combined with conventional Western medicine has significant efficacy and safety in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris, and is recommended for clinical use.
