Abstract:Objective To explore the current research status and development trends of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of ischemia with non-obstructive coronary artery disease(INOCA)and conduct a visual analysis. Methods Literature searches were performed in databases including CNKI,VIP,WanFang Data, and CBM from their inception until Aug.25,2024.The retrieved literature was imported into NoteExpress for screening, and then analyzed using CiteSpace for visualization, focusing on annual publication volume, authors, institutions and keywords. Results A total of 369 relevant articles were included. The annual publication volume showed a fluctuating but overall increasing trend. The author collaboration network identified 40 core authors, with Mao Jingyuan being the most prolific. The institution with the highest publication output was the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The keyword co-occurrence network included 354 keywords, among which 32 appeared≥7 times, and 27 had high centrality. These keywords formed 10 clusters and 25 burst terms. Conclusion Current research on TCM for INOCA demonstrates promising prospects. The main research focuses include disease diagnosis, integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment, related TCM theories, and clinical efficacy observation.Future research trends in this field are expected to involve TCM theoretical studies,Meta-analyses and clinical research.
