Abstract:Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of ivabradine(IVA)combined with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide(rhBNP)on acute decompensated heart failure(ADHF).Methods ADHF patients were selected and divided, according to random digital table, into a IVA group and a rhBNP group(n=60)in People's Hospital of Cangzhou City from Jan.2023 to Dec.2024.The rhBNP group was treated with rhBNP based on routine treatment, and IVA group was treated with IVA combined with rhBNP.Both groups received continuous treatments for 1 week. The clinical efficacy, hemodynamic indicators, heart function indicators, myocardial markers, serum indicators, inflammatory factors and adverse reaction occurrence were observed in 2 groups. Results The total effective rate was 96.67%in IVA group and 83.33%in rhBNP group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of heart rate(HR),blood pressure(BP),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular diastolic diameter(LVDD),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),cardiac troponin I(cTnI)and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)decreased significantly in 2 groups(P<0.05),which were significantly lower in IVA group than those in rhBNP group(P<0.05).The levels of oxyhemoglobin saturation(SpO2)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)increased significantly in 2 groups after treatment(P<0.05),which were significantly higher in IVA group than those in rhBNP group(P<0.05).There were on significant difference in adverse reactions between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion IVA combined with rhBNP can effectively promote clinical efficacy, improve indicators of heart function and hemodynamics, relieve severity of myocardial injury and inflammatory reactions with higher safety in ADHF patients.
