Abstract:Objective To study the curative effect and influence of sacubitril-valsartan sodium on heart function parameters and exercise endurance in treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods CHF patients(n=180)were selected and divided into observation group and control group(n=90)by using random digital table in Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Sichuan Friendship Hospital from Jan.2020 to Feb.2024.The control group was given routing intervention for CHF,and observation group was given additionally sacubitril-valsartan sodium treatment. After the intervention, the levels of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left atrial diameter(LAD),left ventricular mass index(LVMI)and 6-minute walking test(6MWT)were compared between 2 groups. The quality of life(QOL)was reviewed by using Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire(MLHFQ),and incidence of adverse reactions was compared in 2 groups. Results After the intervention, the levels of LVEF and 6MWT increased significantly, and levels of LAD and LVMI decreased, which was more significant in observation group(P<0.05).The scores of MLHFQ decreased, and they were lower in observation group in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions had no statistical difference between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sacubitril-valsartan sodium has good efficacy and safety in CHF treatment.
