Abstract：Rhythm control and rate control are the main treatment measures for atrial fibrillation, and rhythm control is superior to rate control in improving prognosis [1]. Early rhythm control can reduce episodes of atrial fibrillation, improve patients' quality of life, prevent atrial remodeling, and improve prognosis. Antiarrhythmic drugs and catheter ablation are the main methods of rhythm control, and catheter ablation has advantages over drug therapy in reducing recurrence of atrial fibrillation [2]. Advances in the treatment of atrial fibrillation have promoted the development of various catheter ablation techniques. In recent years, pulsed field ablation has made breakthrough progress, leading paroxysmal atrial fibrillation treatment into a new milestone.
