Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of volume management under noninvasive hemodynamic monitoring in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods CHF patients(n=30)met grades Ⅲ-Ⅳ of NYHA classification of heart function were selected from the Seventh Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital from Feb.2024 to Sept.2024.Under the noninvasive hemodynamic monitoring, all patients were given individualized volume management. The changes of blood pressure(BP),pleural fluid level(TFC),cardiac output(CO),cardiac index(CI),stroke volume(SV),left cardiac work(LCW),left cardiac work index(LCWI),left ventricular ejection time(LVET),B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)and urine volume were observed in all patients. Results The levels of TFC and BNP decreased, and levels of CO,CI,SV,LCW and LCWI increased significantly after volume management compared with those before volume management with statistical significance(P<0.05).The levels of LVET and urine volume increased without statistical significance(P>0.05),and BP change had no statistical significance(P>0.05)after volume management. Conclusion Under the guidance of noninvasive hemodynamic monitoring, accurate volume management can be carried out in CHF patients, which can reduce preload, improve heart function, and provide accurate and effective treatment, and offer more safer and effective clinical guides for outcomes to patients.
