Abstract:Objective To review the correlation between pan-immune inflammation value(PIV)and atrial fibrillation(AF)after coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG).Methods The patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)received CABG(n=1 15)were selected and divided, according to AF occurrence after the operation, into AF group(n=36)and non-AF group(n=79)from Central Hospital of Zhoukou City from Feb.2021 to Feb.2023.The relationship among PIV,clinical materials and postoperative AF was analyzed. Results Compared with non-AF group,PIV,neutrophil count, monocyte count,N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),left atrial diameter(LAD),operation time, total hospitalization time and mechanical ventilation time were higher in AF group, and difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The difference in clinical outcomes, including pulmonary infection, acute kidney injury, acute liver injury, ventricular fibrillation, stroke time and in-hospital mortality had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The results of ROC curve analysis showed that,in PIV predicting AF after CABG,AUC was 0.861(95%CI:0.823-0.917,P<0.05),sensitivity was 89.1%and specificity was 76.8%.The results of Cox proportional risk model analysis showed that PIV and LVD were influence factors for AF after CABG(P<0.05).Conclusion PIV value has good predictive value in evaluating AF after CABG.
