Abstract:Objective To analyze the risk factors for atrial fibrillation(AF)in patients with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF).Methods HFpEF patients(n=120)were selected and divided into AF group(n=46)and non-AF group(n=74)from Central Hospital of Xingtai City from Mar.2022 to Oct.2024.The risk factors for HFpEF complicated by AF were discussed. The predictive value of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),uric acid(UA)and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)to HFpEF complicated by AF was analyzed. Results The results of multi-factor Logistic regression analysis showed that pulmonary arterial hypertension(PAH,OR:3.158,95%CI:1.449~6.881),NYHA classification of heart function(OR:4.337,95%CI:1.397~13.462),LVEF(OR:0.590,95%CI:0.491~0.709),UA(OR:1.052,95%CI:1.033~1.071),and NT-proBNP(OR:1.006,95%CI:1.003~1.008)all were risk factors for HFpEF complicated by AF(P<0.05).In prediction of HFpEF complicated by AF with combination of LVEF,UA and NT-proBNP,AUC was 0.982,sensitivity was 93.20%,and specificity was 93.50%,which were all higher than that of each indicator alone. Conclusion The risk factors for HFpEF complicated by AF include PAH,NYHA classification of heart function,LVEF,UA and NT-proBNP.The combination of LVEF,UA and NT-proBNP has a higher diagnostic value in predicting HFpEF complicated by AF.
