Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of expressions of serum retinol-binding protein-4(RBP4)and angiopoietin-like protein 4(ANGPTL4)on prognosis in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods CHD patients were chosen into study group and healthy individuals for physical examination were chosen into control group(each n=80)from Department of Cardiology in Central Hospital of Xingtai City from Nov.2023 to June 2024.The correlation among RBP4,ANGPTL4 and prognosis was analyzed based on NYHA classification of heart function(NYHA),prognosis and levels of RBP4 and ANGPTL4 in CHD patients after PCI.Results RBP4 level was higher, and ANGPTL4 level was lower in study group than those in control group(P<0.05).RBP4 level was higher, and ANGPTL4 level was lower in patients with NYHA grades from Ⅲ to Ⅳ than those in patients with NYHA grades from Ⅰ to Ⅱ(P<0.05).RBP4 level was higher, and ANGPTL4 level was lower in patients with good prognosis than those in patients with poor prognosis(P<0.05).The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that RBP4 level was positively correlated to prognosis and ANGPTL4 level was negatively correlated to prognosis in CHD patients after PCI(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum RBP4 and ANGPTL4 are closely correlated to prognosis in CHD patients after PCI,which may be conducive for precise treatment and assessment in clinical practice.
