Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics of patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS),and investigate the relationship among the clinical characteristics,gamma-glutamyltransferase(γ-GGT)and homocysteine(Hcy). Methods ACS patients were selected into case group(n=134),and healthy persons with physical examination were selected into control group(n=120)from Department of Cardiology in People's Hospital of Hengshui City from June 2023 to June 2024.The clinical characteristics of ACS and changes of γ-GGT and Hcy were analysis, and relationship among γ-GGT,Hcy and clinical characteristics of ACS was studied. Results The percentage of male cases, age, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, smoking, drinking, family history of cardiovascular disease, body mass index(BMI),blood uric acid(BUA),γ-GGT and Hcy were significantly higher in case group than those in control group(P<0.05).The results of multi-factor unconditional Logistic analysis showed that gender, age, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, smoking, drinking, family history of cardiovascular disease,BMI,BUA,γ-GGT and Hcy were independent risk factors for ACS(P<0.05).The results of correlation analysis showed that levels of serum γ-GGT and Hcy were positively correlated to gender, age, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, smoking, drinking, family history of cardiovascular disease,BMI and BUA(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many influence factors on clinical characteristics of ACS patients, and they are closely correlated to γ-GGT and Hcy.The clinical attention should be focused on this correlation.
