Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of myocardial contrast echocardiography(MCE)combined with serum testing to severity of vascular lesions in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods CHD patients(n=78)were selected into study group, and non-CHD patients(n=70)were selected into control group from Department of Cardiovascular Medicine in the First People's Hospital of Chuzhou City from May 2020 to May 2022.The filling speed of contrast media(β),the maximum number of microbubbles(A),and levels and expressions of serum platelet-derived growth factor C(PDGF-C)and proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9(PCSK9)were compared between 2 groups and among CHD patients with different number of diseased coronary artery and stenosis severity. The correlation among parameters of MCE,indexes of serum testing and Gensini scores was analyzed by using Person correlation analysis. The diagnostic efficacy of MCE combined with serum testing to CHD was analyzed by using receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve. Results The values of β and A,and levels of PDGF-C and PCSK9 were higher in study group than those in control group(P<0.05).As the increases of number of diseased coronary artery and stenosis severity, values of β and A decreased and levels of PDGF-C and PCSK9 increased(P<0.05).The values of β and A were negatively correlated to Gensini scores, and levels of PDGF-C and PCSK9 were positively correlated to Gensini scores(P<0.05).In CHD diagnosis by combination of values of β and A and levels of PDGF-C and PCSK9,the sensitivity was 96.15%,and specificity was 94.29%,which were superior to the diagnostic value of each index alone(P<0.05).Conclusion MCE combined with serum testing can effectively assess the severity of vascular lesions and improve CHD diagnostic efficiency in CHD patients.
