Abstract:Objective To discuss the influence of early exercise training and stress management on perceived stress in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods AMI patients(n=102)were consecutively selected from Chinese PLA General Hospital, and randomly divided into 3 groups by using random digital method, including conventional group received only traditional medication and nutritional support therapy, exercise group received a step-by-step exercise rehabilitation treatment, while comprehensive group received an enhanced stress management program on the basis of exercise therapy. The influence of different therapies on changes of perceived stress by using Chinese Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS).Results There were 33 patients in conventional group,35 in exercise group and 34 in comprehensive group. The differences in scores of CPSS had no statistical significance in conventional group at time of admission, discharge and 6 months after discharge(F=0.747,P=0.477).The scores of CPSS decreased in varying degrees in exercise group and comprehensive group at time of discharge and 6 months after discharge(F=4.512,F=20.504;P=0.013,P<0.001),and the decline rate of the scores was higher than that in conventional group. The improvement of CPSS was more significant in comprehensive group. Conclusion Early in-hospital heart rehabilitation can receive perceived stress in AMI patients.
