Abstract:Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is a clinical and pathophysiological syndrome characterized by changes in the structure and function of pulmonary vessels caused by various diseases (etiology) and different pathogenic mechanisms, leading to increased pulmonary vascular resistance and pulmonary artery pressure, which can progress to right heart failure or even death [1]. Pulmonary hypertension is one of the rare but severe complications of Sjogren's syndrome (SS) [2].
