Abstract:Objective To explore the application of behavioral theory based discharge preparation intervention scheme in patients with percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)and its influence on discharge readiness scale(RHDS)score and compliance behavior. Methods A total of 100 patients with unstable angina pectoris who received PCI in our hospital from June 2024 to November 2024 were selected,50 patients admitted from June 2024 to August 2024 were the control group, and 50 patients admitted from September 2024 to November 2024 were the observation group. The control group was treated with routine intervention, and the observation group was treated with the intervention plan of discharge preparation based on behavioral theory. The score of discharge readiness Scale(RHDS),coronary heart disease self-management Behavior Scale(CSMS),compliance behavior rating scale and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with control group, the RHDS in the observation group were higher(P<0.05);after intervention, compared with control group, the CSMS scores in observation group were higher(P<0.05);compared with control group, the compliance behavior rating scale in the observation group were higher(P<0.05);compared with control group, the total satisfaction rate in observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the intervention plan of discharge preparation based on behavioral theory in patients treated by PCI is effective, which can help improve patients'RHDS score and compliance behavior, improve patients'self-management ability, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
