Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship among composite indexes related to high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C),triglyceride-glucose index(TyG)and risk of chronic coronary syndrome(CCS).Methods The patients(n=500)received coronary angiography(CAG)were retrospectively analyzed, and divided, according to lumen narrow≥50%showed by CAG,into CCS group(n=350)and control group(n=150).The relationship among composite indexes related to HDL-C,TyG and CCS,and difference between gender subgroups were analyzed by using single-factor and multi-factor regression analyses. Results The results of multi-factor regression analysis showed that gender(OR=0.302,95%CI:0.173~0.528,P<0.05),age(OR=3.601,95%CI:2.036~6.367,P<0.05),hyperlipidemia(OR=0.082,95%CI:0.047~0.145,P<0.05),atherogenic index of plasma(AIP,OR=0.015,95%CI:0.001~0.294,P<0.05),TyG(OR=5.298,95%CI:1.836~15.261,P<0.05),monocyte to HDL-C ratio(MHR,OR=3.008,95%CI:1.771~5.110,P<0.05),and white blood cell to HDL-C ratio(WHR,OR=0.603,95%CI:0.411~0.886,P<0.05)were independent risk factors of CCS.The results of gender subgroup analysis by using multi-factor regression analysis showed that TyG,MHR and WHR were independent risk factors of CCS(P<0.05).TyG(OR=5.729),as a risk factor, had a higher influence on CCS occurrence in female patients compared with that in male patients. Conclusion AIP,TyG,MHR and WHR are independent risk factors of CCS,and AIP,TyG and WHR should be early monitored for preventing CCS in female patients.
