Abstract:The literature on acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)induced by acute lesions of multiple coronary arteries were analyzed in databases, and the characteristics of electrocardiogram(ECG)were summarized in such patients.A total of 106 articles were retrieved from domestic and foreign databases, including 110 patients with ECG records, and 73.6%of patients have elevated ST-segments in both inferior and precordial leads.Based on the ST-elevated leads and their deviation,ECG patterns for predicting acute lesions of multiple coronary arteries were summarized and elaborated.
