Abstract:Objective To discuss the correlation among platelet-derived growth factor BB(PDGF-BB),high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and coronary slow flow(CSF).Methods The patients(n=112)received examination of coronary angiography(CAG)showing no significant coronary artery stenosis were selected, and their general clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in People's Hospital of Weifang City from Apr.2023 to Apr.2024.The coronary flow velocity was reviewed based on grading of thrombolysis in myocardial infarction(TIMI).The patients with TIMI grade 2 of coronary blood flow or below were selected into CSF group(n=28)and those with TIMI grade 3 were selected into control group(n=84).The general data were compared and analyzed by using SPSS 23.0 software in 2 groups, and all factors were analyzed by using Logistic regression analysis. Results The differences in smoking, triglyceride(TG),uric acid(UA),homocysteine(Hcy),red blood count(RBC),hs-CRP and PDGF-BB had statistical significance between 2 groups(P<0.05).The results of multi-factor Logistic regression analysis showed that smoking, and high levels of UA,Hcy,RBC,hs-CRP and PDGF-BB were risk factors affecting CSF(P<0.05).The CSF risk prediction model was established based on smoking,UA,Hcy,RBC and hs-CRP P=1/[1+e(1.544×smoking+1.277×UA+1.688×Hcy+1.466×RBC+1.315×hs-CRP+1.384×PDGF-BB)].The results of ROC curve analysis on risk factors showed that sensitivity was 86.41%,specificity was 72.35%and AUC was 0.851 in CSF prediction. Conclusion The higher levels of hs-CRP and PDGF-BB is risk factors for CSF occurrence, and have some value to early CSF prediction.
