Abstract:Objective To investigate the predictive value of systemic immune inflammation index(SII)combined with uric acid to high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol ratio(UHR)to contrast-induced acute kidney injury(CI-AKI)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods AMI patients(n=1222)underwent PCI were selected from Department of Cardiology in Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from Jan.2020 to May 2023.The influencing factors of CI-AKI were analyzed and screened in AMI patients after PCI,and a nomogram model was established. The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to review the predictive value of SII,UHR and their combination for CI-AKI after PCI.Results Diabetes(OR=3.338,95%CI:2.019~5.524),cystatin C(OR=2.438,95%CI:1.094~5.632),diuretics(OR=4.042,95%CI:2.360~7.199),UHR(OR=1.004,95%CI:1.002~1.006)and LnSII(OR=2.358,95%CI:1.677~3.361)were independent influence factors for CI-AKI occurrence in AMI patients after PCI.The results of ROC curve analysis showed that,in prediction of CI-AKI occurrence in AMI patients after PCI,AUC of UHR combined with SII was 0.761(95%CI:0.709~0.812),which was better than that of UHR or SII alone. Conclusion High SII and high UHR are risk factors for AMI,and their combination can improve the accuracy of predicting CI-AKI in AMI patients after PCI.
