Application of Internet+health intervention model of traditional Chinese medicine based on theory of preventive treatment of disease in patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract：Objective To study the application effect of Internet+health intervention model of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)based on theory of preventive treatment of disease in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods CHD patients(n=145)were selected and divided randomly into observation group(n=73)and control group(n=72)in Wuhan Central Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science&Technology from Jan.2022 to June 2023.The control group received routine management intervention,and observation group additionally received overall management of Internet+health intervention model of TCM based on theory of preventive treatment of disease.The indexes of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),grades of New York Heart Association(NYHA)cardiac function classification,6-minute walking test(6MWT)results,self-management ability and quality of life(QOF)were compared between 2 groups.Results After the intervention,LVEF,6MWT,scores of CHD Self-management Behavior Scale(CSMS)and scores of Chinese Questionnaire of Quality of Life in Patients with Cardiovascular Diseases(CQQC)were significantly higher(P<0.05),and NYHA grades were significantly lower in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Internet+health intervention model of TCM based on theory of preventive treatment of disease can effectively improve heart function and exercise endurance,reduce grades of cardiac function,and improve self-management ability an QOF.
