Abstract:Objective To discuss the long-term prognosis in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)complicated by hyperlipidemia treated with PCSK9 inhibitor. Methods CHD patients complicated by hyperlipidemia(n=113)were chosen and divided randomly into observation group(n=56)and control group(n=57)in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from Jan.2021 to Jan.2023.The control group was given routine lipid-lowering treatment, and observation group was additionally given PCSK9 inhibitor.Thetherapeutic effectiveness was compared between 2 groups. Results The levels of low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)had no significantly difference between 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of LDL-C,TC and TG were significantly lower, and LVEF was significantly higher in observation group than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with control group, the incidence rates of adverse cardiovascular events(8.77%vs.1.79%)and adverse drug reactions(10.53%vs.1.79%)were lower, but there was no statistical significance(χ2=2.742,χ2=2.362,P>0.05).Conclusion PCSK9 inhibitor can significantly reduce LDL-C level, improve heart function and decrease cardiovascular risk in CHD patients complicated by hyperlipidemia.
